holding fast to His nail-scarred Hand?
Letting Him lead, guide & direct you
to the ones He has planned -
To put you around?
Perhaps they are wicked & mean &
will lead you to your wits end,
Or maybe they'll be kind & gentle
& become your best friend.
It really doesn't matter
very much at all,
For you know that in God's control
that on Him you can call.
Call & ask Him to help you
to love them very much,
That mean & hateful person
that keeps putting you in dutch.
For only Christ can help you
love your enemy, you know,
Because Who do you think
learned to love YOU so?
It's so easy to love our friends
but our enemies? ~ you must be kidding!
Lord, You'll have to help me
to go & do Your bidding!
For I'm helpless in myself
to do anything You ask,
Oh, dear Jesus, I'm not ready
to do this task!
Please remember,
The Holy Spirit will help you ~
it's a matter of the WILL!
Submit & be obedient
& your life He'll fill ~
With His LOVE ~ flowing through you to others.

' HAPPY FALL TO YOU'
From one pumpkin to another!!!!!!!
A woman was asked by a coworker, "What is it like to be a Christian?"
The coworker replied, "It is like being a pumpkin." God picks you from the patch, brings you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. Then He cuts off the top and scoops out all the yucky stuff.
He removes the seeds of doubt, hate, and greed. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside of you to shine for all the world to see."
This was passed on to me by another pumpkin. Now it's your turn to pass it to other pumpkins.
I liked this enough to send it to all the pumpkins in my patch.
The cute 'Pumpkin Scene' Graphic, the orange leaf just inside the "HAPPY FALL TO YOU" VERSE & the 'Have a Nice Day' graphic ALL were sent in an email! I know who sent me the email, but I don't know who originated the VERSE or who made the lovely Graphics! IF YOU KNOW WHO DID IT, PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I CAN CREDIT THEM. Thanks, Patsy
