Think about what you can ‘become’
when you give your life to CHRIST,
Think of all ‘His Plans’ for you
when you ‘surrender’ ALL your strife.
Don’t think about being ‘crippled’
or ‘ugly’ or even ‘blind’,
All these things ~ In GOD’S Hands
will make you ~ oh, so kind!
‘Self-pity’ will be washed away
transformed by GOD Himself,
Then you can become very ‘useful’
instead of sitting there on a shelf.
Great ‘JOY’ now flooding your being
because you LET God take over,
‘Allowing’ JESUS to cleanse your soul
& all those ‘blemishes’ - cover!
Oh, they are still there, of course
but - ‘inside’ is rare beauty,
Because you gave ALL to CHRIST
& went - to DO His duty! ¹
¹ WHICH IS: To ‘love’ your neighbor as you love yourself! (Rom.13:9 KJV)
& to (reverently) ‘fear’ God! (Eccl.12:13).
