"GOD JUST ‘SPOKE’!" *

GOD just ‘Spoke’ the Words
& the ‘Earth’ was Created,
The Holy Spirit moved about
& the ‘darkness’ dissipated!
‘Day’ & ‘night’
‘sky’ & ‘oceans’,
God moved about
with such devotion.
‘Earth’ & ‘seas’
‘plants’ & ‘trees’,
God just ‘Spoke’
and there were ‘these’!
‘Sun’ & ‘moon’ & ‘stars’ Above
‘fish’ & ‘birds’ of every kind,
Then God ‘Spoke’ again
& didn’t change His Mind.
Now came the ‘cattle’
& ‘snakes’ & all ‘wildlife’,
But, then God Created ‘MAN’ &
breathed into him ~ the Breath of Life.
In just six Days
God ‘Spoke’ all this,
So MAN could live
a life of ‘bliss’.
God ‘rested’ on the ‘seventh’ Day
from all of His Creation,
For He had made a ‘Garden of Eden’
with ‘great’ anticipation.
Planting in its ‘center’
a beautiful ‘Tree of Life’,
Giving MAN a ‘CHOICE’ &
trusting he’d choose ‘life’.
A Tree to ‘test’ our love
for The One Who ‘Created’ us,
Because if we had ‘no choice’ at all
then how could our GOD be ‘just’?
We’d only be ‘puppets’
on a string,
No ‘real’ love in us
& with no ‘Song’ to sing! *
For without this ‘test’ of CHOICE
with ‘temptation’ all around,
Our love for GOD would not be ‘real’
nor very, very sound.
As God ‘longs’ for us to LOVE Him
& ‘show’ HIM that we care,
So One Day we can go to Heaven
& in His Glory ‘share’.
