Bind 'yourself' to the Altar *
with cords of 'scarlet' thread,
You've 'consecrated' your life to Him
& to 'self' you must become 'dead'.
Scarlet is for 'Redemption'
because JESUS paid the 'price',
His BLOOD covered ALL your sins
for He was your 'Sacrifice'.
'Bind' yourself to the Altar
with cords of 'golden' strands,
For the 'Love' of God is forever
as He reaches out His Hands.
Yes, bind yourself to the 'Altar'
with those 'silver' cords of HOPE,
So you'll not retreat from your commitment
& in despair you reach & grope.
Groping for a 'closer walk'
& a 'blessing' from The Lord,
Because you didn't bind yourself
with God's 'Sacrificial' Cord!

Oh, Precious Lord Jesus, Keep Your Mighty Hand upon our Troops & give them Wisdom & discernment as they go about the business of protecting these folks in this foreign Country! Stay the enemy, especially the enemy of our Soul, who seeks to destroy Your Children. Amen!
